Offering cluter free spacious environments we aim to provide you with a perfect holiday home. Situated in the heart of the English Riviera and Torquay our seaside cottages Silvan Lodge and Sunnyside are within walking distance of beaches and harbours. Close to the pretty fishing village of Brixham and the seaside fun town of Paignton you won't struggle to keep the kids amused in Devon.  From Silvan Lodge you are a five minute walk from Torquay Harbour, recently regenerated and sporting an enclosed 440-berth Marina the harbour is peppered with bars, fish and chip shops and restaurants. The Living Coasts attraction; also situated in the harbour is Torquay's own coastal zoo, where you can see African and gentoo penguins roaming free in their natural habitat. You can take a boat trip around the Devon and Cornwall coastline and even do some sea fishing. Or if you'd prefer to observe the sea from dry land; Meadfoot Beach and Anstey's Cove are near to Silvan Lodge.
