Torbay is an ideal location for a magical Christmas and New Year. We have two privately owned coastal cottages that sleep six (four adults, two children) and one infant. Silvan Lodge is a recently converted Victorian stable in the secluded Wellswood area of Torquay. Ideally situated within walking distance of Torquay Old Harbour and restaurants and bars, this property offers tranquillity in the heart of The English Riviera (see below).

Sunnyside is an end-of-terrace Victorian house, located in the ever popular Babbacombe area of Torquay, just five minutes' walk from Oddicombe Beach. Recently renovated to a high standard, this property provides a perfect family holiday home. Close to local award winning fish & chip shops and attractions such as: Bygones Living Victorian Museum and Babbcombe Model Village there is plenty for children to do. Whether you'd rather cook your Christmas dinner or eat out at Sunnyside (below left) and at Silvan Lodge the choice is yours. Both properties have well stocked modern kitchens, and are near to restaurants and bars that serve good quality food. We would advise you, however, to book in advance if you would like to eat out as Torbay is a popular destination for holiday-makers all year round.

Both properties have at least two new bathrooms, including showers, and fully equipped, modern kitchens. Our aim is to provide a clutter free relaxing environment so that you can make the most of your holiday. Both cottages have parking outside and are ideally located for families. We supply fresh bed linen and towels for all guests. We have stocked our holiday homes with freeview, videos, DVDs, video or DVD players, games and books for guests' use.

Christmas and New Year 2009 weeks are now priced at £600 all inclusive all inclusive, there are no hidden charges for heating etc. Check in is on Saturday 19th December and Saturday 26th December 2009 respectively, check out is on the following Saturday.
