You can check this page for all of our holiday cottage deals. Weeks not booked by four weeks in advance of the Saturday check in day are discounted by 20%. Short breaks of under 7 nights are discounted on a percentage of full week cost basis (see below for prices). All published costs are inclusive of discounts. Payment is taken in full for late deals, please call 07904 193826 to book. Prices include bed linen and bath towels for guests; and there are no hidden or additional costs for eg heating. Accommodation comes with free use of a cot, child gate and high chair. We accept all major credit and debit cards and also cheques where appropriate. All of our cottages are Southwest Tourism Board Quality Assurance rated as 3 stars self-catering accommodation. *May Bank Holiday long weekends available*Enjoy a relaxing long weekend in our large family cottages Silvan Lodge & Sunnyside. Check in for long weekends is on Fridays, check out is on Mondays. Silvan Lodge is pictured top right and Sunnyside is pictured bottom right. Our cottages come with parking outside and secluded gardens. In addition our holiday homes have at least two bathrooms and fully equipped modern kitchens. We also provide freeview, video and DVD players and a selection of books, games and videos for guests to use. As we cater for families all of our properties are close to local attractions. If you want to take a short break (under 7 nights) prices are calculated as a proportion of the full week. No bookings are charged at less than £160.00 regardless of the number of nights booked, prices are all inclusive.
 Short breaks are calculated as follows:
6 nights at 90% of the total cost of the week 5 nights at 80% of the total cost of the week 4 nights at 70% of the total cost of the week 3 nights at 60% of the total cost of the week 2 nights at 50% of the total cost of the week If you would like stay for a week plus a number of nights, or you would like to stay for under a week, please click on the 'Contact Us' link in the lefthand menu bar and use the email facility to email your query to us. Please put the words: 'Late deal query' or 'Short break query' in the subject line of the email. We endeavour to respond to all holiday emails within 24hrs. Only full weeks can be provisionally booked and paid for via the ChillTime.biz site.
