Weeks not booked by four weeks in advance of the Saturday check in day are discounted by 20% to a minimum of £300 per week or £180 for two nights. Short breaks of under seven nights are discounted as a percentage of full week (see below for prices). All published costs in the 'cottage availability calendars' do NOT include discounts. To book, for late availability please call 07904 193 826. Payment is taken in full for late deals; prices include bed linen and bath towels for guests there are no hidden or additional costs. Accommodation comes with free use of a cot, child gate and high chair. We accept all major credit and debit cards, cheques and also cash where appropriate. All of our cottages are Southwest Tourism Board Quality Assurance rated as 3 stars self-catering accommodation.

Check in days are on Saturdays any time after 4.00pm, check out is by 10.00am on the following Saturday if booked for one week. Please see individual property pages listed on the left beneath 'Home'. Our cottages come with parking outside and secluded gardens. In addition our holiday homes have at least two bathrooms and fully equipped modern kitchens. We also provide freeview TV, video and CD players; and a selection of books, games, and videos for guests' use. As we cater for families all of our properties are close to local attractions. If you want to take a short break (under seven nights) prices are calculated as a proportion of the full week. No bookings are charged at less than £180 regardless of the number of nights booked. Seven nights stay is charged at a minimum of £300 prices include bed linen, towels and all utilities for guests' use.

Short breaks are calculated as follows:

6 nights at 90% of the total cost of the week

5 nights at 80% of the total cost of the week

4 nights at 70% of the total cost of the week

3 nights at 60% of the total cost of the week

2 nights at 50% of the total cost of the week
