ChillTime.biz is willing to promote advertisements for self-catering accommodation via this site.  In order to meet our holiday makers needs we have strict guidelines on what we are prepared to advertise on this site.

We will only consider advertising holiday accommodation if the following are provided by the prospective advertiser:

• A minimum of 5 digital photographs of the property in either .Jpeg or .Gif format showing 4 interior photographs of the property and 1 exterior.  Interior photographs should be of the main living area, a bathroom, a bedroom and the kitchen - advertisers may provide up to 7 photographs showing for example views from the property or of garden areas.  A maximum of 3 images of the property will be published on the site, including at least 1 interior photograph;

• A full written description of the property including: location expressed as country (if outside of the UK), area, town/village and property name if applicable, full Estate Agent type description of the property eg three-bedroomed detached etc; number that the property sleeps expressed as adults, children and infants; vicinity of the property to shops, restaurants, bars, beaches, countryside, riverside and public transport; local information regarding attractions and landscape; whether or not the property is a smoking/or non-smoking property and whether or not pets are allowed;
• Prices by week for the property and what the prices include eg bed linen.  We advertise property prices as 'all-in' prices wherever possible, so as to avoid hidden surcharges for guests - prices are banded by ChillTime.biz for ease of use when booking;
• This site is supported 24/7 by our host provider;
• All pages and keyword phrases are metta tagged meaning that the pages and site will be found naturally by search engines such as Google, Espotting or Lycos;
• Please don't worry if you don't find the location of your property on our site, we can add the location to our site for you;
• Guests are able to provisionally book accommodation via our e-merchant (online payment provider), property advertisers/owners are then able to confirm the booking directly with the guest and collect any remittance from them. A ChillTime.biz representative can complete the booking on the advertisers' behalf but this incurrs additional administration costs for advertisers;
• We charge a low flat fee to publish advertisers' holiday accommodation on our site;
• We also charge commission as a small percentage of the total cost of accommodation booked via our site;
• We do not charge for any subsequent renewals unless they come via our site;
