Sunnyside comfortably sleeps four adults, two children and one infant. No smoking or pets are allowed at Sunnyside. Check in is on Saturdays at 4.00 pm.

Sunnyside cottage is a two storey, centrally heated, south facing, large three-bedroomed end-of-terrace house with a private fence-panelled courtyard at rear and gated courtyard front garden.Parking spaces are available outside of the house, and loading is permitted from the alley way immediately to the side of the property.
Situated in the popular Babbacombe area of Torquay Sunnyside is a five minute walk from nearby shops, beaches and attractions such as Babbacombe Model Village and Bygones.
The ground floor comprises: an external and internal front door, hallway, front reception room with Freeview, TV and video player, stereo, coal effect electric fire with a two and a three-piece suite therein; rear reception room containing a six-seater dining room table and chairs, and sideboard; cupboard under the stairs with iron, ironing board, coat pegs, and hoover therein; fully equipped modern kitchen with integral gas hob and electric fan-assisted oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave.
Also on the ground floor and adjacent to the kitchen is a conservatory-utility room which also doubles as an enclosed childrens' play area during those wonderful Summer months and a separate internal WC adjacent to the utility room. The rear courtyard is a large private fence-panelled sun trap with a garden table and six chairs, and a childrens' covered sandpit.
The first floor comprises: Master bedroom with double bed; second bedroom with double bed; and a third bedroom with fixed bunk beds. A cot, highchair and temporary childgate are available upon request. The cot fits easily in either of the double bedrooms. All bedrooms have ample clothing storage space. Also situated on the first floor is a large sunny landing; and two bathrooms. The first bathroom comprises a power shower, bath, WC and hand sink; the second bathroom comprises a walk-in electric shower, WC and hand basin. Fresh bed linen and guest bath and hand towels are provided inclusive of price.
