Forming part of Manor House grounds this converted Victorian stable provides seclusion in the heart of the Wellswood area of Torquay and is close to the harbour and restaurants and bars. Silvan Lodge comfortably sleeps four adults, two children and one infant. No pets or smoking are allowed at Silvan Lodge. Check in is on Saturdays any time after 4.00 pm; check out is by 10.00am on the following Saturday if booked for one week.
Being under two miles from: local Union Street shops, coves, and beaches, the Marina, and Aqualand, all local amenities are within strolling distance making this an ideal family holiday home.

Silvan Lodge is a two-storey detached house with a private South facing front garden. The garden is laid to lawn on one side and has a patio area with garden chairs and table on the other side. Two guest off-road parking spaces are available these are situated just beyond Silvan Lodge front garden.
The ground floor comprises: a through lounge/diner with: Freeview TV and video player, stereo, three-piece leather suite, and a six place-settings' dining table with chairs. Also situated on the ground floor is a fully fitted modern kitchen with: washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric cooker with integral gas hob, microwave, and a table and two chairs. There is a built in cupboard in the kitchen where an iron, ironing board, cleaning utensils and a hoover are stored.
The first floor comprises three double-bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a double bed with an en suite bathroom consisting of an electric walk-in shower, WC and hand basin. The second bedroom also has a double bed and the third bedroom has fixed bunk beds. A cot is provided free of charge if requested, which can be placed in the Master bedroom or in the third bedroom. The large family bathroom features a WC, hand basin and bath with a chrome shower attachment. All bedrooms have ample clothing storage space.
